Return & Exchange

At GalaEyes, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your stargazing experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  2. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Once you receive the RA number, carefully package the item and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Please also include a copy of your purchase receipt inside the package.

  3. Ship the item back to our designated return address using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

  5. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchange Process

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will assist you in selecting a replacement item and provide you with an exchange authorization (EA) number.

  2. Following the same steps as the return process, carefully package the item, include the EA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back to us.

  3. Upon receiving the exchanged item and inspecting its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons. These items include but are not limited to telescope eyepieces, filters, and opened or used accessories.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and handle the return shipping costs for such cases.
